The three most common reasons to contact us
Use the link in the confirmation e-mail or write to us from the same e-mail address you used for the review. Within 30 days we change or delete your entry, provided the company has not yet replied. Afterwards an addition marked as an update is possible.
We correct master data such as name, location, industry and website promptly – a short note with the desired change is enough. For permanent maintenance and for replying to reviews we recommend claiming the profile; that is free and takes about ten minutes.
Write to datenschutz@truststar.eu. We answer information requests within one month and provide the data in a machine-readable format on request. For identification, stating your e-mail address and display name is usually sufficient.
