The TrustStar Assistant bundles the AI-supported functions in the Professional and Enterprise plans. It drafts an individual reply per review – based on star rating, text content and the detected topics – and, on request, produces a written assessment of your review situation: anomalies, trends and concrete recommendations, derived automatically from your published reviews. The underlying figures always come from the local analysis engine; the AI handles the wording. Processing takes place in a German data centre, and review texts are stripped of phone numbers and e-mail addresses before transmission. Every draft remains a suggestion: you review, edit and publish it yourself – the function can be switched off centrally and per company. With AI deactivated, the same function continues to work as a local, rule-based system without any data leaving your setup.

In your Google Business Profile (business.google.com) under “Get more reviews” you can copy the link to your review form – usually a short link such as g.page/r/…. Alternatively, search for your business on Google or Google Maps and copy the profile link. You don't need to look up a Place ID: if it's part of the link we extract it automatically – otherwise we determine it ourselves.
Yes, as long as you ask neutrally. Not allowed are rewards, discounts for positive ratings and selectively contacting only satisfied customers. The Review Guidelines state what we accept – including a sample link for your invoice footer.
You report the entry via the “Report review” button and briefly explain why it is inadmissible. We check it against the guidelines, hear the author's side and decide within five working days. We communicate the outcome to both sides in writing. During the review the entry remains visible but is marked “under review” if specific legal violations are asserted.
Card printing is a separate product of M-Tech Support, independent of the plan: 100 cards for 30 €, 200 for 55 €, 300 for 75 € – each plus VAT and shipping. You order conveniently in the company portal; we print and ship. You choose the shipping options with prices in the order form – before submitting you see the full invoice breakdown including the gross total. Professional (and Enterprise) subscribers automatically receive a 10 % discount on the first 300 printed review cards per calendar month – pro-rata per order, transparently shown in the order form; every further card at list price. The budget renews on the 1st of each month. Larger volumes or custom tiers (e.g. 500 or 1,000 cards) are available on request. Good to know: the low-cost standard shipping can be selected up to 100 cards; larger volumes automatically ship as an insured parcel with tracking.
Yes. On request we deactivate your profile or delete it completely – including your access credentials. Reviews by other persons remain as expressions of opinion insofar as they are lawful; they are then assigned to a profile that is no longer active. Details are governed by sections 6 and 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
