See the overall rating, star distribution and the company's replies. Filter by verified reviews or entries with a response; the Google overall rating is shown separately and linked.
Were you a customer yourself? Write in a few sentences how the order, appointments and billing went – that helps the next prospect most.
A star is clicked quickly. What matters is what is behind it: who reviewed, how the company reacts – and who profits from the listing? We make all three points visible.
Every entry passes a guideline check before publication: factual tone, connection to the company, no third-party data. Suspicious patterns – such as serial ratings from one network – are flagged.
Many customers only review on Google. We synchronise the score and count of your Google reviews regularly and show them clearly separated next to the verified TrustStar entries – with a direct link to the Google profile.
When a business reacts to criticism, the reply appears directly below the review – not hidden in a separate tab. This lets you see at a glance how complaints are handled.
There are no paid placements, no “top partner” badges and no ranking you can buy. Sorting is by date and rating – nothing else.
To read, we need nothing from you: no cookies, no account, no IP storage beyond what is technically necessary. Server location and processors are named in the privacy policy.
Most reviews are read on the go – in the hardware store, outside the practice, in the car. That is why every profile is optimised for small screens and usable without horizontal scrolling.

A complete profile with Google connection costs nothing. You decide yourself whether and how you react to reviews.
Name, address, industry, Google Place ID – that is all we need. Activation follows a short review.

Reply publicly to praise and criticism – as a verified company with ✓ badge (free review: verification procedure created by TrustStar). Businesses that react to reviews receive measurably more and better follow-up orders on average.
Describe concretely what happened: order, appointments, price, communication. The more precise, the more helpful – for other customers and for the company.
The most important answers in short form. Detailed explanations are on the FAQ page.
Yes. Entries labelled Verified come from documented business relationships and are checked before publication. The Google overall rating is shown separately and linked. Factual criticism stays up – even if the company does not like it.
Not for private individuals: searching, reading and reviewing is permanently free and ad-free. Companies also use the basic profile free of charge. Only optional analyses and interfaces are paid – details under For Businesses.
No. Companies can publicly reply to every review but cannot remove anything. We only delete what violates our guidelines or the law – insults, spam, third-party data or invented reviews.
The business stores its Google Place ID once. We then load the publicly visible reviews into a cache at fixed intervals and show the overall rating and number of ratings. Only data that Google provides publicly anyway is processed.
For reading: no personal data. When you review, we store display name, review text and your e-mail address for verification. Tracking cookies are set only after your consent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
