The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. As of 20 July 2025 the ODR platform has been discontinued; this notice is kept as a precaution.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) DDG and general law. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements we will remove the content immediately.
